Hindi Balidaan (1985)

Balidaan is a Hindi action movie, produced by Salim under the Aftab Pictures Pvt. Ltd. banner and directed by S.A. Chandra Shekaran. It features Jeetendra, Sridevi in the lead roles and music composed by Bappi Lahari. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film Raktham (1981) which the director had earlier remade in Telugu as Balidanam (1982) starring Sobhan Babu, Madhavi in the pivotal roles, and Tamil as Saatchi. The movie songs are sung by S. Janaki, Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhosle, and Shabbir Kumar. It was released on 26 April 1985.
