Hindi Haisiyat (1984)

Haisiyat is a Hindi drama movie, produced by Srikanth Nahata under the Vijayalakshmi Pictures banner and directed by Dasari Narayana Rao. It features Jeetendra, Jaya Prada in the pivotal roles and music composed by Bappi Lahari. The film is a remake of the Tamil movie Kanavan Manaivi (1976), starring R. Muthuraman, Jayalalithaa, which was first remade as the Telugu movie Sita Ramulu (1980), starring Krishnam Raju, Jaya Prada in the lead roles. The movie songs are sung by K. J. Yesudas, Vani Jairam, Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhosle, Usha Mangeshkar, Shailendra Singh, Chandrani Mukherjee, and Lata Mangeshkar. It was released on 10 August 1984.
