Happy New Year, released on October 24, 2014, is a Bollywood heist comedy film directed by Farah Khan and produced by Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. The star-studded cast includes Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood, Vivaan Shah, and Jackie Shroff. The movie revolves around a team of losers who participate in a dance competition as part of a larger plan to pull off a major heist.

The music for Happy New Year was composed by the duo Vishal-Shekhar, with lyrics penned by Irshad Kamil.
