Heartless is a 2014 Indian romantic medical drama film directed by Shekhar Suman and produced by Alka Suman. The movie stars Adhyayan Suman, Ariana Ayam, Deepti Naval, Om Puri, and Shekhar Suman in pivotal roles. It was released on 7th February 2014. The film explores the medical phenomenon of anesthesia awareness, where a patient cannot move or communicate but is aware of everything happening around them during a surgical procedure. The narrative revolves around a wealthy businessman who undergoes a heart transplant and experiences love, betrayal, and redemption.

The music for Heartless was composed by Gaurav Dagaonkar, with lyrics penned by Seema Saini and Arafat Mehmood. Singers like Arijit Singh, Anirudh Bhola, Mohit Chauhan, and Neeti Mohan lent their voices, contributing to the emotional depth of the film.
