Hindi Mere Lal (1966)

Mere Lal, a 1966 Hindi drama film, was directed by Satyen Bose and produced by Jyotsna Sen. The movie is a remake of the Bengali film “Badshah,” based on a story by Nihar Ranjan Gupta. It features a compelling narrative of redemption and parental love, revolving around a stone-hearted dacoit who transforms his life after taking responsibility for an orphaned child.
