Salaam Namaste is a 2005 Indian romantic comedy movie directed by the first-time director Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra and Yash Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner. The movie features Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta in their fourth movie together. Arshad Warsi, Tania Zaetta, and Jugal Hansraj appear in supporting roles. Released on 9 September 2005, it was the first Indian movie to be filmed entirely in Australia. The music of the movie is composed by Vishal-Shekhar. Lyrics are penned by Jaideep Sahni. The movie songs are sung by Kunal Ganjawala, Vasundhara Das, Shaan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Nigam, Mahalakshmi Iyer, and Caralisa Monteiro.
