Hindi Sherdil: The Pilibhit Saga

Sherdil: The Pilibhit Saga is an Indian Hindi-language film written and directed by Srijit Mukherjib and produced by T-Series and Reliance Entertainment Studios. Inspired by the real events that took place in the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve where people used to leave their elderly family members for tigers to prey on, and then claim compensation from the administration. The film stars Pankaj Tripathi, Sayani Gupta, and Neeraj Kabi in the lead roles. The film is will release theatrically on 24 June 2022.
