Tanu Weds Manu Returns is a 2015 Indian romantic comedy film directed by Aanand L. Rai and serves as a sequel to the 2011 film Tanu Weds Manu. The movie was released on May 22, 2015, and stars Kangana Ranaut in a dual role alongside R. Madhavan, reprising their characters from the original film. The story follows the tumultuous marriage of Tanu and Manu, which hits a rough patch leading to unexpected twists and the emergence of a look-alike athlete, Kusum, also played by Ranaut.
