Aman Hayer, born Amandip Singh Hayer on November 5, 1979, in Lidhran, Jalandhar, Punjab, India, is a renowned UK-based Punjabi Bhangra music director and singer, also known by nicknames “The Groundshaker” or “The Entourage.” He started his music career in the early 2000s and has produced several albums such as “The Main Man,” “Born Ready,” “Step Cut,” “Lambi Race,” “Black Jatt,” “Desi Rockstar 2,” “Goli,” and “Groundshaker I & II.” Hayer has also helped launch the careers of artists like Kulwinder Dhillon, Angrej Ali, Nirmal Sidhu, and Benny Dhaliwal. Among his famous songs are “Mittran Di Chattri” and “Pakki Kanak,” both from the album “Pyass” sung by Babbu Maan and his contributions to the Bhangra have earned him recognition and awards, including the Best Producer at the UK Asian Music Awards in 2006.
