Hegde gained fame for his role in creating hit item numbers such as “Mehboob Mere” from “Fiza,” “Babuji Zara Dheere Chalo” from “Dum,” and “Khallas” from “Company.” In 2005, Ganesh Hegde released his debut album “G,” which was promoted by Shah Rukh Khan, marking him as the first Indian pop star to produce, write, direct, and star in his music video for the single “Main Deewana.” He later released his second album “Let’s Party” in 2011, featuring big Bollywood names in the music videos.
