Music Director Jasbir Jassi
Jasbir Singh Bains (February 7, 1970), popularly known as Jasbir Jassi, was born in Gurdaspur, Punjab. He is a well-known Indian singer, lyricist, and music director, notable for his contributions to Punjabi music. Jassi’s music career began with his debut album in 1993, and he gained major recognition with the release of “Dil Le Gayee” in 1998. Jasbir Jassi is best known for the song “Dil Le Gayee Kudi Gujarat Di” from the album “Dil Le Gayee” which became a chartbuster. Other notable tracks include “Kudi Kudi” from the album “Kudi Kudi” and “Channo Da” from “Nishani Pyar Di”. His Notable Awards include Best Folk Pop Award for “Kudi Kudi” – PTC Punjabi Music Awards and Best Duet Vocalist for “Charhdi Kala Ch Panth Khalsa” – ETC Channel Punjabi Music Awards.
