Music Director Raghav Sachar

Raghav Sachar, born on July 24, 1981, in Kolkata, India, is a well-known Indian composer, singer, and instrumentalist. His journey in music began at a young age, playing the harmonica when he was just four years old. Raghav’s educational background in music is impressive; he studied at Monash Conservatory of Music, Melbourne, specializing in Jazz with the saxophone as his major instrument. He has also taken courses from Berklee College of Music, Boston, and Trinity College, London. Raghav made his debut as a music director with the film “Kabul Express” in 2005 and has since directed music for various Bollywood films, making a significant mark in the industry. Some of his famous tracks include “Kabul Fiza” from the movie Kabul Express, “One Two Three” from the movie One Two Three, and “Gup Chup” from the same film. Raghav has been recognized with several awards, including the Best Music Director for “Kabul Fiza” at the Global Indian Music Awards and another honor for his role in enhancing Bollywood music through his innovative use of multiple instruments.
