Sharib Sabri, born on 29 December 1988 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is a prominent Indian music director and singer. He launched his career by participating in the musical reality show “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005” and quickly established himself in the music industry alongside his brother, Toshi Sabri. Together, known as Shaarib-Toshi, they have composed music for various Bollywood films. Their major break as music directors came with the movie “Raaz-The Mystery Continues” (2009), where they composed the hit track “Maahi,” which set them on the path to becoming well-known figures in Bollywood music composition. Some of the famous songs directed by Sharib include “Maahi” from “Raaz-The Mystery Continues,” “Saanson Ki Maala” from the single by the same name, and “Kabhi Jo Baadal Barse” from “Jackpot” (2013). “Maahi” became particularly popular and is considered a significant work in his career.
