Srikanth Deva, born on September 7, 1980, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is a well-known music director in the Tamil film industry. He stepped into the world of music direction with his first performance in the Tamil movie “Doubles” in 2000. Under the guidance of his father, Tamil music director Deva, Srikanth has made a place for himself with his unique style and has directed music for numerous films over the years. Some of his well-known works include movies like “Chanakya” (2005), “Puli Varudhu” (2007), and “Vijayadasami” (2007). Srikanth Deva’s career is honored with remarkable achievements, including the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Music Director for his work in “M. Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi”. Among his famous songs are “Aasaiyilla” from “Kathavarayan”, “Miya Miya” from “Aai”, and “Mayile Mayile” from “Aalwar”. In 2023, he achieved a significant milestone by composing music for his 100th film, “Priyamudan Priya”.
