Anupama Raag, born on May 5 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is an Indian singer and music director. She trained in classical music under Ustad Gulshan Bharti of the Lucknow gharana and Yogendra Bhat of the Gwalior gharana. Before fully dedicating herself to music, Anupama served as a bureaucrat in Uttar Pradesh, holding positions such as Assistant Commissioner of the Commercial Tax Department and Officer on Special Duty in the Lucknow Development Authority.

She made her Bollywood debut in 2011 with the song “Shalu Ke Thumke” from the movie “Bin Bulaye Barati.”
