Although primarily known for her acting and television career, Tabassum also contributed to the music industry with her voice. Later in her career, she lent child-chorus vocals to the lullaby track “Cham Cham Chanda Ki” from the movie Parivaar (1987), working with legendary music directors Laxmikant–Pyarelal and co-singers like Kavita Krishnamurthy and Anupama Deshpande.
