Dheekshitha Venkadeshan widely known as Dhee, born on June 26, 1998, has become a notable figure in Indian Tamil cinema as a playback singer. Raised in Sydney by a musical family, she debuted in the industry with songs in “Pizza II: Villa” (2013) and “Cuckoo” (2014). She gained fame with “Naan Nee” from “Madras” (2014) and further acclaim with “Ey Sandakaara” and “Usuru Narumbuley” from “Irudhi Suttru” (2016). Dhee’s collaboration with Dhanush on “Rowdy Baby” for “Maari 2” (2018) became one of the most-viewed Indian music videos.
