Garry Sandhu, born Gurmukh Singh Sandhu on April 4, 1984, in Rurka Kalan, Punjab, India, is a celebrated figure in Punjabi music. His musical career took off in 2010 with the debut song “Main Ni Peenda” and further flourished with hits like “Illegal Weapon“, “Yeah Baby”, and “Banda Ban Ja”. His song “Yeah Baby” found its way into the Bollywood film “De De Pyaar De” as “Hauli Hauli“. Sandhu has also been recognized for his contributions to the industry with awards such as Best Newcomer at the Brit Asia TV Music Awards in 2011 and Best Debut Vocalist (Male) at the PTC Punjabi Music Awards in 2012 for “Sahan To Pyariya”.
