Juggy D, born Jagwinder Singh Dhaliwal on November 19, 1977, is a well known figure in the music industry known for his contributions to the Bhangra, Punjabi, and R&B genres. Starting his career at the young age of 14, he gained recognition for his work with Jay Sean and for being part of the first Punjabi language album to enter the UK national charts with his debut album “Juggy D” in 2004. His notable songs include “Mubarakan“, “Jaanu“, and “Champagne Train“, featured in films such as “Kyaa Kool Hai Hum” and “Shukriya: Till Death Do Us Apart”. Juggy D has received significant honour, including “Best Act” at the UK Asian Music Awards in 2006 and Best Collaboration at the Brit Asia TV Music Awards in 2019 for the song “Dance”​.
