Sunny Malton, whose real name is Sandeep Singh Sidhu, was born on November 15, 1989, in Malton, Toronto, Canada. Sunny started his musical journey at the age of fifteen, and initially worked at Canadian Tire before pursuing music full-time. He emerged in the music scene with his 2008 rap track “Get Em” and gained prominence with his 2017 collaboration “Issa Jatt” alongside Sidhu Moose Wala. This track marked the beginning of a successful partnership with Moose Wala, featuring in multiple hit songs like “Just Listen” and “Warning Shots,” which have left a significant mark on the Punjabi music scene. Throughout his career, Sunny Malton has not only been a rapper but also a music producer, co-founding the music label Brown Boys Records.
