Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan, popularly known as Xulfi, was born on October 28, 1980. He is a famous Pakistani composer, singer-songwriter, music producer, and guitarist. Initiating his musical journey in 1994, Xulfi has garnered multiple awards for his contributions to the music industry, notably as the producer and mentor for the television series Coke Studio. He is well-known for his work in bands such as Entity Paradigm and Call and for Bollywood projects including “Laaree Chooti” (Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, 2007), “Yeh Pal” from “Aasma,” and “Dhadke Jiya” from “Aalo Chaat.” Additionally, Xulfi’s efforts with Nescafe Basement have been widely acclaimed, leading to recognition by international artists like Roxette and John Newman.
