Alaap is an Indian musical drama movie produced by Hrishikesh Mukerjee and N.C Sippy and directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. The movie features Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha, Asrani, Farida Jalal, Om Prakash, and Manmohan in lead roles. The music is by Jaidev. The movie songs are sung by Bhupinder Singh, Kumari Faiyaz, Asrani, Yesudas, Lata Mangeshkar, Dilraj Kaur, and Madhurani. It was released on 8 April 1977.
