Hindi Dhadak (2018)

Dhadak is a 2018 Bollywood drama, which has been written and directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, and Apoorva Mehta. The movie marks the debut of veteran actress Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khattar in lead roles. The music of the movie is composed by Ajay−Atul while the lyrics are written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The background score is composed by John Stewart Madurai. Dhadak movie songs are sung by Ajay Gogavale, Shreya Ghoshal, and Atul Gogavale. It was jointly produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta under the Dharma Productions banner with Zee Studios. Set in Rajasthan, this love story explores how the protagonists deal with issues like differences between castes and honor killings. The movie was released on 20 July 2018.
