Hindi Ek Chadar Maili Si (1986)

Ek Chadar Maili Si is a movie that was released on 28 August 1986. It was directed by Sukhwant Dhadda and is an adaptation of Rajinder Singh Bedi’s classic Urdu novella by the same name. The novel won the 1965 Sahitya Akademi Award. The movie features Hema Malini, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Rishi Kapoor, and Poonam Dhillon in lead roles. It was shot in Village Jandiala, Nurmahal Railway station Punjab and near Kangra Himachal Pradesh. The movie songs are sung by Asha Bhosle, Shabbir Kumar, Gurcharan Kaur Bagan, and Dilraj Kaur.
