Khal-Naaikaa is a 1993 Indian Hindi-language thriller film released on August 6, 1993. The movie was produced and directed by Saawan Kumar under the Saawan Kumar Productions banner. The film stars Jeetendra, Jaya Prada, and Anu Aggarwal in pivotal roles. The music for the film was composed by the duo Mahesh–Kishore, with lyrics written by Ravinder Kapoor and Saawan Kumar Tak himself.

The plot of Khal-Naaikaa centers around Jaya Kapoor (played by Jaya Prada), who lives a happy life with her husband Ravi Kapoor (Jeetendra) and their two children. Their life takes a dark turn when Jaya becomes a target of Dr. Rajan Bakshi (Puneet Issar), who has a history of molesting women. After Jaya exposes him, Dr. Bakshi commits suicide, and his pregnant widow Anuradha (Anu Aggarwal) loses her child and vows revenge against Jaya. Anuradha infiltrates Jaya’s household under the alias “Kiran,” creating havoc in their lives.
