Palay Khan is an Indian Hindi movie directed by Ashim S. Samanta and produced by Shakti Samanta. The movie featuring Jackie Shroff and Poonam Dhillon. The music for the movie was given by Rahul Dev Burman while Anand Bakshi wrote the lyrics for the movie. The movie songs are sung by Lata Mangeshkar, Suresh Wadkar, Kishore Kumar, and Asha Bhosle.
