Avadhoot Gupte was born on February 19, 1977, in Mumbai, India. He began his career as a singer and later became a music director. Avadhoot has been a figure in contemporary Marathi music. His career as a music director took off with the movie “Zenda,” which became highly popular among the Marathi audience. Avadhoot is not only known for his music compositions but also for his role as a judge on various Marathi reality TV shows, which has made him a household name in Maharashtra. Avadhoot Gupte has directed music for numerous hit songs that have left a lasting impact on Marathi cinema. Some of his most famous songs include “Jai Jai Maharashtra Maza,” a patriotic song among Maharashtrians, from the movie “Zenda.” Another notable track is “Kombdi Palali,” from the movie “Jatra”.
