His contributions have been pivotal in shaping the contemporary pop and rock music scene in Pakistan. Goher Mumtaz has directed many hit songs and notable among these is “Sajni” from the album “Boondh“, “Laiyan Laiyan,” and “Ooncha.” Goher’s innovative musical direction in Jal’s debut album “Aadat” and “Boondh” earned him critical honor and several awards, including the Best Album Award at the Lux Style Awards.
