Joshua Sridhar, born on March 9, 1974, in Chennai, India, is a famous music director known for his debut with the Tamil film “Kaadhal” in 2004. His journey in music began in 1993, initially working on gospel albums and jingles, before venturing into Indian cinema in 1996. He gained significant recognition working as a keyboard player and programmer for notable composers like Mani sharma & A.R. Rahman. Joshua Sridhar is known for making great music for movies in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. Some of his famous works include “Kaadhal” (2004), known for its original soundtracks that earned him a Filmfare nomination, “Aran” (2006), which brought him the SICA Award for Best Music Director in Malayalam, and “Love Guru” (2009), which was nominated for the Filmfare Awards in Kannada.
