Himanshi Khurana, born on November 27, 1991, in Kiratpur Sahib, Punjab, has established herself as a well known figure in the Punjabi music and film industry. Himanshi’s entry into music was marked by her debut in the Punjabi Music Industry with the song “Jodi – Big Day Party” in 2010, which paved the way for her fruitful career. Over the years, she has given several hits that include “Gallan Bholiyan,” “Surma Bole,” “High Standard,” and “I Like It“. Noteworthy among her tracks are “Mann Bharrya” from the film Shershaah and “Surma Bole”. She won honour such as the Dada Saheb Phalke International Film Festival Award for Best Actress 2020, owing to her performance in the hit song “Surma Bole.” Her role in the music video “Mann Bharrya” gave her the PTC Punjabi Music Award for Best Duo/Group, establishing her as a critical success in the industry.
