Parampara Thakur, born on 28 February 1992 in Delhi, is a prominent name in the Indian music industry, particularly known for her work as a playback singer in Bollywood. She started her musical journey on the Indian reality TV show The Voice India, which opened doors for her into the world of playback singing. Alongside her partner Sachet Tandon, she forms the successful duo Sachet–Parampara, celebrated for their unique musical style that blends traditional and contemporary sounds. The duo gained widespread fame with their hit song “Mere Sohneya” from the movie Kabir Singh (2019), a song that has become a cultural phenomenon and received accolades at various award functions, including the Screen Awards and the Filmfare Awards for Best Music Director.
