Soham Chakraborty, born on March 4, 1984, in Kolkata, West Bengal, is an Indian playback singer known for his contributions to both Bollywood and Bengali cinema. He began his musical journey at the age of ten, training in Hindustani classical music under the guidance of Pandit Jayendra Ghosh, Ustad Mohammed Sagaruddin Khan, and Sukhdev Sengupta.

In 2000, Soham gained prominence by winning Zee TV’s “Sa Re Ga Ma” competition.
