Toh Baat Pakki! is a 2010 Hindi romantic comedy movie directed by Kedar Shinde. The movie, produced by Ramesh S Taurani under Tips Music Films, features Tabu, Sharman Joshi, Vatsal Seth, Yuvika Chaudhary, and Ayub Khan in the lead roles.
