Taz’s debut album “Hit the Deck” stormed the UK Asian pop charts in 1989 and he quickly became a defining figure in the cross-cultural music scene. His innovative music style includes fusing Bhangra with genres like R&B, hip-hop and dance, earning him the title of the pioneer of cross-cultural Asian fusion music. His notable tracks include “It’s Magic” from “Koi… Mil Gaya“, “Daroo Vich Pyar” from “Tum Bin“, and “Mujh Pe Toh Jadoo” from Race.
