Hindi Angaar (1992)

Angaar is an Indian Hindi crime drama movie directed by Shashilal K. Nair. The movie features Jackie Shroff, Dimple Kapadia, and Nana Patekar in lead roles. The movie was speculated to have been based on the life of Karim Lala. It is loosely inspired by Hollywood’s all-time classic The Godfather. The opening scene of angaar reminds you of the opening scene of The Godfather. The movie songs are sung by Lata Mangeshkar, Roop Kumar Rathod, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, Sudesh Bhosle, and Kavita Krishnamurthy. It was released on 11 September 1992.
