Hiphop Tamizha is a popular Indian musical duo from Tamil Nadu, India, with members Adhi and Jeeva. They started making music together in 2005 and got a big break with the song “Club le Mabbu le” in 2011. They released India’s first Tamil hip-hop album in 2012, which was a big hit. Since 2013, they have mostly made music for movies. They have won many fans with their unique style of mixing Tamil culture with hip-hop. Some of their famous songs include “Vaadi Pulla Vaadi” from the album “Hip Hop Tamizhan,” “Rama Krishna” from “Agent,” “Machi Engalukku Ellam” from the movie “Meesaya Murukku,” and “Kerala Song” from “Natpe Thunai.” They have won awards for their music, such as the Best Music Director award for “Meesaya Murukku” at the South Indian International Movie Awards and the Best Find of the Year award for their work in “Aambala” at the Edison Awards.
