Music Director Sandeep Shirodkar
Sandeep Shirodkar is known for his work as a music director, composer, and record producer in Indian films. He has a deep musical background, learning from his father, Hemant Shirodkar, and later from his mentor, composer Viju Shah. Sandeep’s career took off when he played at his first recording session at just 12 years old. Over the years, he has composed background scores for famous movies like “Dabangg,” “Bodyguard,” and “Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai.” Some of his most famous songs include the remakes of “Chalti Hai Kya 9 se 12” and “Unchi Hai Building 2.0” for the film “Judwaa 2.” He also worked on “Mundiyan” remake for “Baaghi 2.” In recognition of his outstanding contributions to music, Sandeep has received several awards, including the Global Indian Music Award (GIMA) and the Zee Cine Award in 2011 for Best Background Score for “Dabangg,” and the BIG Star IMA Award in 2011 for Best Background Score in “Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai.”
