Devan Ekambaram, (born 25 December 1975) an Indian American singer, actor, and composer, began his career in Tamil cinema and expanded to Telugu and Kannada films and he was singing in over 500 movies. His journey started with an invitation from A.R. Rahman‘s team, leading to his debut song “O Maria” for “Kadhalar Dhinam.” Notable tracks include “Ore Nyabagam” from “Minnale” and “Anbil Avan” from “Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa.” Devan also ventured into music direction with “Bale Pandiya” and acted in films like “Parthiban Kanavu”.
