Hindi Lakshya (2004)

Lakshya is a 2004 Indian Hindi war-drama movie directed by Farhan Akhtar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, and starring Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan and Preity Zinta in the lead roles. Hrithik Roshan plays the role of Lieutenant (later acting Captain) Karan Shergill, who develops from an aimless young man into an army officer. It is a coming-of-age story set against a fictionalized backdrop of the 1999 Kargil War. The film’s music was composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, with lyrics by Javed Akhtar. The movie songs are sung by Shaan, Udit Narayan, Alka Yagnik, Hariharan, Sadhana Sargam, Shankar Mahadevan, Kunal Ganjawala, Sonu Nigam, Roop Kumar Rathod, and Vijay Prakash.
