Hindi Virasat (1997)

Virasat is an Indian Hindi movie, directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Mushir-Riaz. The story was written by Kamal Haasan and adapted from the Tamil film Thevar Magan. Mushir-Riaz duo produced the movie. It features Anil Kapoor, Tabu, Amrish Puri, Pooja Batra, Milind Gunaji, and Govind Namdeo in lead roles. The songs featured in the movie were composed by Anu Malik, while the lyrics have been penned by Javed Akhtar. Virasat movie songs are sung by Kumar Sanu, K. S. Chithra, Jaspinder Narula, Abhijeet, Anuradha Sriram, Anu Sriram, Hariharan, Vinod Rathod, Udit Narayan, and Kavita Krishnamurthy. The movie was released on 30 May 1997.
