Devi Sri Prasad (born Gandham Sriprasad; 2 August 1979), known as DSP, is a celebrated Indian music composer, singer, and lyricist, predominantly working in Telugu and Tamil cinema. With a career spanning over 21 years, he has worked on more than 100 films and is the recipient of several prestigious awards, including a National Film Award, a Nandi Award, ten Filmfare Awards, seven SIIMA Awards, and five CineMAA Awards. He made his breakthrough with the film “Anandam” in 2001 and has since delivered numerous hit songs and scores​. Devi Sri Prasad has been honored with numerous awards throughout his career. Notably, he won the Filmfare Award for Best Music Director – Telugu for his work on the film “Gabbar Singh”. Devi Sri Prasad, widely acclaimed for his musical prowess, has composed several hit songs that have left a lasting impact on Indian cinema. Three of his most famous tracks include “Ringa Ringa” from the movie “Arya 2,” “Uppenantha Prema” and “My Love Is Gone”. Another notable track is “Aa Ante Amalapuram” from “Arya,” celebrated for its rhythmic beats and became a chartbuster.
