Shipra Goyal, a renowned name in the Indian music industry, was born on September 25, 1991, in Mansa, Punjab, India. Raised in a musical family, her parents, Subhash and Anju Goyal, both accomplished singers, nurtured her talents from an early age. Shipra’s formal music education culminated with a degree in Indian Classical Music from Hindu College, University of Delhi. Her professional singing career began in earnest with the Bollywood track “Ishq Bulaava” for the film Hasee Toh Phasee in 2014, marking her arrival on the big stage. Since then, she has lent her voice to a variety of tracks across both Bollywood and Punjabi cinema, demonstrating her versatility in genres ranging from pop and Sufi to dance music. Her notable tracks include “Ishq Bulaava,” “Tutti Bole Wedding Di,” and “Angreji Wali Madam.” Among Shipra’s notable works are songs like “Lovely vs PU” from the film Lovely vs PU, and “Naraan”, which won her acclaim and awards, including the Best Duet Vocalist at the PTC Punjabi Music Awards.
