Hindi Jigar (1992)
Jigar is a 1992 Indian Hindi-language martial arts action film directed by Farouq Siddique in his directorial debut. The movie was released on October 23, 1992, and stars Ajay Devgan and Karisma Kapoor in the lead roles. It was inspired by the 1989 American martial arts movie “Kickboxer.” The film’s music was composed by the duo Anand–Milind, with lyrics penned by Sameer. The soundtrack became very popular upon release, especially the songs “Pyar Ke Kagaz Pe” and “Mere Dil Ko Karar.”
The film’s plot revolves around the life of Raju and Duryodhan, whose friendship is put to the test when they fall in love with the same woman. The conflict leads Raju to learn martial arts to avenge a wrongdoing.
