Sadhana Sargam, born Sadhana Purushottam Ghanekar on March 7, 1969, in Dabhol, Maharashtra, has left an indelible mark on Indian music with her melodious voice and extensive playback singing career. She first came into the limelight with her Hindi playback debut in the film “Rustom” and has since rendered her voice in over 15,000 songs across 35 Indian languages, showcasing her versatility and dedication to music. Sadhana’s training under the tutelage of her mother and the legendary Pandit Jasraj equipped her with a strong foundation in classical music. Among her most notable works are the songs “Pehla Nasha” from “Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar“, “Jab Koi Baat Bigad Jaye” from “Jurm“, and “Saat Samundar Paar” from “Vishwatma“.
